SteamName?:
I typically go by either Phalecrocorax or Phale.
A group of people are attempting to glitch into the nexus, you're the only staff on and no cps are online what do you do?:
As soon as I notice it, I'd spring to action and teleport/bring them to a secluded and inaccessible area to discuss what they did. I'd give them some time to explain themselves while running a quick background check on them. If they had no previous association with the server and judging by their profile, looked like a troublesome elitist or newbie, I'd provide them a ban ranging from two weeks to a permanent one depending on how they explain themselves in the LOOC chat. If they were a regular player however, I'd be more lenient and give them a stern but fair warning on how they broke their trust with the community. After returning them to an IC location, I'd spectate them for a while afterwards to see if they repeat their actions and if they do, I'd give them a ban of a couple weeks.
A player is running around with a gun shoots some people and disconnects from the server how do you ban him?:
I'd quickly assess the damages and give the victims my sincerest apologies as well as refund any items that they lost, before checking the console to grab the rulebreaker's Steam ID. Depending on the amount of people they killed and if they were a regular or not, I'd give them a ban anywhere from a month to even a permanent if they managed to cause so much mayhem. After I ban the player, I'd go around and apologize again to everybody about the fiasco.
Two people are mugging a CP, the CP shoots them both what do you do?:
It depends on how the officer did it. If the officer did it ICly and properly, then I obviously wouldn't interfere with the situation and carry on with my duties. If he did it OOCly and/or poorly, I'd immediately stop the officer, bring back the victims and discuss things out. As a punishment for failRP, powergame and possibly even fearRP, I'd force the officer to give his items over to the muggers, give him a warning and ask the muggers if they planned on doing anything such as taking the officer's uniform, finding out the MPF's radio frequency, or other IC things before letting them continue their roleplaying experience.
Do you agree that if your application gets accepted that you must follow the rule set forth by the owner?.:
Obviously. I can't imagine a professional staff member who doesn't follow the rules set by the owner himself.
Will you use the admin vendor to give yourself guns?.:
Of course not, unless I had a specifically good reason such as refunding somebody their items given that they provide proof.
Do you agree to NOT put people where the admin vendor is located? (Friends,Trolls etc)
Again, this should be obvious. I'd never put my role as a staff member on the line just to help somebody muck around on a HL2RP server.
