A group of people are attempting to glitch into the nexus, you're the only staff on and no cps are online what do you do?:
Regardless of CPs being online or not, I would instantly go into observer ( assuming I wasn't in observer already ) and check what exactly are they doing. If I would see them sucessfully glitch into the Nexus, I would bring/freeze them to a rooftop, out of sight of players, and ask them what they're doing. If they would be honest, I would ban them for around 2 weeks. If they would try to avoid punishment by lying, I would ban them for 1-2 months. If they started insulting me or disconnected I would permban them.
A player is running around with a gun shoots some people and disconnects from the server how do you ban him?:
His SteamID logs in the console. I would permban him ( with a link to our forums for appeal purposes ), since he has shown he has no intention of actually roleplaying and he's probably only here to cause trouble. I ( personally ) wouldn't accept his appeal for at least a month after the ban.
two people are mugging a CP, the CP shoots them both what do you do?:
I would bring them together and remind the CP unit of our FearRP/powergame rules, which (s)he has obviously breached. I would ask them to repeat the situation with FearRP/powergame rules taken in mind. I would oversee the situation to make sure no more rules are broken during it.
Do you agree that if your application gets accepted that you must follow the rule set forth by the owner?.:

Will you use the admin vendor to give yourself guns?.:
No, I will only use it for refunds and such when sufficient proof is provided.
Do you agree to NOT put people where the admin vendor is located? (Friends,Trolls etc):
I agree not to tell the location of or teleport people to the admin vendor.
