Yes, I have a VAC ban. In all honesty I was cheating on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. On the other hand, I did not cheat online, because I am not like that; this is the genuine truth. I only used the cheat, in order to get my money to purchase newly received weapons - to test them out in a single player lobby against bots. This is because I was new to CS-GO at the time and I wanted to train myself in order to prepare for multiplayer PVP.

A group of people are attempting to glitch into the nexus, you're the only staff on and no cps are online what do you do?:
If these users are attempting to glitch into the Nexus, then I would only give them a warning; although unless they have numerous amounts of other warnings I would kick them. If these users were to repeat their actions in attempting to get into the Nexus, then I would almost certainly kick them, as it is not fair on the other people of the server, who work hard in order to withdraw supplies. Moreover, if these users were to continue their attempt to glitch into the Nexus after a kick. I would ban them immediately for around 24 hours due to continuous amounts of fail-rp, minging and pretty much disrespect to the server altogether.
A player is running around with a gun shoots some people and disconnects from the server how do you ban him?:
I would attempt to find his steam ID, by checking his name, finding his account and obtaining his Steam ID. If I cannot do that, I will try my best inorder to gather information about him and if he has any friends on the server. To be honest, the Steam ID should technically be in the console already, therefore, I will get it from there. Banning him for a week, if he rejoins and does the same. It would be a permanent ban.
two people are mugging a CP, the CP shoots them both what do you do?:
I would ask the CP Units to simply re-read the rules of the server. Then I would politely explain to him the Fear-RP system, and how he has to act out what he does in order to actually if he wanted, attempt to kill both the people. I would explain how he would have to use /me's in order to do such a passive RP. I would allow both sides to briefly explain their sides of the story, but as polite as I am, I will not tolerate lies; if they are truthful and say sorry; then I would simply allow them to re-do the RP, with my observation. If anyone of the users were to lie... I would warn them, depending on their complete lie, it may also be a kick.
Do you agree that if your application gets accepted that you must follow the rule set forth by the owner?.:
I completely agree to the rules set by the owner himself, definitely.
Will you use the admin vendor to give yourself guns?.:
Nope, not to self supply; however, if I needed to obtain such a weapon, I would do this because I would need to supply a user, if he has lost a gun due to a bug in the server itself, or he died OOCly.
Do you agree to NOT put people where the admin vendor is located? (Friends,Trolls etc): I totally agree with this statement, never shall I supply a user with the weapons. Unless they lost their gun OOCly and I was shown proof.
