Backstory (A Detailed story of your character, one hundred words have to be put into this backstory)
Jenny Morgan was born in 1982 in South-East United States. In San Diego, to be exact. She has had a happy childhood in an upstart family. Her parents were dentists, so you could consider her family quite wealthy. Soon after the Combine Invasion, her family was split, with her brother and sister being assigned to a different City. Life suddenly became tough. Her previous wealth means nothing now, as she is plunged into the world of the Combine Cities. Her parents were quite old by now, unable to perform well at workshifts and getting regularly beaten by conscripts and Civil Protection alike. However, they have devised a solution - they decided Jenny, still quite young and strong, should apply to join the Civil Protection and hopefully reinforce her family cohesion, resulting in a better life for them all. Jenny has agreed to this scheme, filing in her application the next day. She can only hope to be accepted in order to support what remains of her family.
